Refund & Cancellation Policy – TourDeOoty
At TourDeOoty, we want our guests to book with confidence. We understand plans may change, but we also need to protect hotel and cab bookings that are confirmed in advance. This policy keeps it fair for both sides – the earlier you cancel, the more refund you receive.
Advance Payment
- To confirm any package, you pay 30% advance of the total package price.
- The remaining balance is paid at the start of the trip (hotel check-in or cab pickup).
Refund & Cancellation Rules
Refunds are calculated on the total package price. If only advance is paid, the refund will not exceed the advance amount.

Last-Minute Bookings
If you book a package within 4 days of travel, it is non-refundable because hotels and cabs are confirmed instantly.
Important Notes
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at booking.
- Hotel, cab, or activity costs that are non-refundable by vendors will be deducted.
- No refunds for partially used services (e.g., if a guest skips a day’s sightseeing).
